Adv. Michael Steinbach founded the Firm in 2014.

The Michael Steinbach Law Firm specializes in real estate transactions, planning and zoning.  The Firm provides highly professional legal services afforded by a broad familiarity with all the complex aspects that exist in real estate practice.

The firm specializes in representing private landowners in multi-owner consolidation and division procedures and works to maximize the rights of its client owners in the planning and zoning procedures process. The Firm handles the formation and operation of multi-party ownership and collaboration agreements, guiding the process through to completion of construction.

The Firm takes all the steps necessary to enhance its clients’ positions before the various committees in the planning and zoning procedures, and works to allocate landowners’ rights in the best possible way.

The Firm represent landowners in all legal aspects related to the establishment of the project, including the preparation of collaboration agreements, agreements with the required professionals, financing agreements, as well as sales and combination agreements.

The Firm represents landowners in the “Sede Dov” TA/4444 zoning plan, in the “Eshkol” and “Tamel 3001” zoning / urban planning areas, the  TA/3700, “Glilot”, zoning / urban planning area TA/3388B, the zoning /urban planning area of”Hof Hatchelet” in Herzliya, and the zoning /urban planning area in the western and eastern “Retzuat Hanofesh” in Ramat Hasharon, among others.

The Firm specializes in all types of real estate transactions – including representation of private landowners, contractors, developers, “Kvutzat Rechisha” (Acquisition  Groups), Building groups and combination transactions.

The Firm is characterized by a personal approach and shepherds the interests of its clients closely throughout the process.

The Firm handles “real estate” litigation and property claims cases, real estate liquidation processes, tenant evictions, payment for usage cases,  and cases involving improvement levies, expropriation compensation, restitution of expropriated land and compensation  (according to section 197 of the real estate law).

The Firm works on a day-to-day basis with the administrative authorities, local authorities, district committees, real estate tax authorities and the Land Registry.
