At first by consultation before starting the project, examining the feasibility of the transaction and formulating the best strategy for the client. Continuing with obtaining bank finance for the project, assisting the architects regarding the planning and licensing processes, and drafting all agreements, including those for contractors, engineers, and other consultants. Finally, with the completion of the project, handling the sales of the new built apartments and the registering them at the Land Registry.
